Michel MC finished in 5 days, 20 hours and 15 minutes. At San Bernardino he came in a thunderstorm too. But he was not to stop anymore and continued riding into the night. Michel reached the little devil at the finish 2nd of August in the morning 02:15.

1st of August 2024 exact 19:00 arrived Christos Kalampokas at the little devil in Andermatt. Christos finished the 1400km long route in 5 days and 13 hours.

As surprise his girlfriend waited at the finish for him. The two worked last year at a farm on the Chasseral. That’s where they heard first time about the Swiss-BikeAdventure when riders past in front of the farm. Soon later Christos who works this summer as a bicycle mechanic registered for the this years race.

Cyril finished his ride on the morning of August 1st at 07:36. He faced a heavy thunderstorm at San Bernardino and experienced strong winds around Bellinzona. We found Cyril overnight in Leventina, where he stopped for a few hours of sleep in a church near Quinto. Early in the morning, he began the final climb from Airolo to Passo del San Gottardo, ascending 930 meters and navigating 37 switchbacks through the famous Tremola.

This was Cyril’s second Swiss-BikeAdventure. Last year, he unfortunately had to withdraw after drinking contaminated water.

Joris Bosch from Holland arrived on July 31, 2024, at 19:49, which is seven hours after Fabio reached the “Evil Statue” that marks the finish in Andermatt. He completed the 1300 km route around Switzerland in 4 days, 13 hours, and 49 minutes.

Joris faced heavy rain during the final climb up Gotthard Pass, but it didn’t slow him down. Fortunately, the road was dry again for the downhill stretch to the finish.

The 2024 Swiss-Bike Adventure was a great success, filled with smiling faces and happy riders. The final participant, Mlamed, arrived in Andermatt at noon today.

This year, we have a new record set on this specific course. Fabian Zanini from St. Moritz completed the 1,290 km journey, which includes 25,000 meters of climbing, in just 4 days and 6 hours. He beat Aleš Vaníček’s 2023 time by 10 hours and 14 minutes!

Fabio Zanini is over the Albulapass, and cycled 990km in 3 days and 6 hours. Fabio has another three big climbs in front and 280km left to the finish in Andermatt. Joris Bosch from Holland is second with 35km distance to Fabio. Followed by Christian Schalk from Germany and Cyril from Switzerland.

Simon Jenny and Sandro Büttel scratched. Jonny and Alex are since yesterday off route, no information from the two.
